ORDER SHIPMENT: Packages are generally shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment. Products are shipped by FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or Express Mail only. All shipments require a direct customer signature for delivery.
DAMAGES: It is the customer’s responsibility to open and inspect all shipments within 24 hours of delivery. If damages are noted, it is YOUR responsibility to keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 business days of receipt of damaged merchandise. An inspection of the damaged merchandise AND all packaging materials must be performed by the FedEx driver.
POTENTIAL RETURNS: It is the customers responsibility to have advanced technical familiarity of the products ordered.
In the event that the customer (YOU) make a mistake in ordering, returns of merchandise must be approved and an RMA number given IN ADVANCE. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer (YOU), along with re-shipment charges of the correct items. Any items damaged in transit, including any item with the shrink wrap removed, will not receive any credit for return. In the event that WE made a mistake, we will offer to either ship the correct item free of charge, or, we will give you our FedEx account number to return the incorrect merchandise at our expense.
Customers who make a mistake regarding crimp seal size, vial size, Flip Off vs Flip Off-Tear Off, Center Tear Seals vs Complete Tear Off Seals, filter membrane incompatability, incorrect stopper size, etc, are 100% responsible for their mistake in ordering. Return shipping charges PLUS re-shipping costs for the correct item PLUS any differences in cost must be paid by the customer. If you dont understand crimp finish size, seal functions, filter functionality and compatability, bacterial media preparation, etc, get familiar with the product BEFORE ordering.
